We have both been going for two months now with the two of us achieving the results we were looking for.
Shaila and Sheryl are both very caring and professional ladies that are helping us find something within ourselves that neither of us new we had.
We started off slowly with a few simple exercises and balancing positions with both ladies being very mindful of each individuals capabilities. As each lesson progresses they became a little more involved with different moves and involving a little more concentration. Through out our lessons the ladies teach us different breathing techniques and explain how many of our postures improve our inner health involving things like thyroid, blood pressure, stiff joints , back pain, neck aches and many more ailments.
With the ladies being such experts in yoga, I find if you have difficulty achieving a certain position, they always come up with a position that you are able to achieve, and are comfortable in doing.
One thing I can say about yoga is that what you learn on the day you can take home with you and practise always without any extra expense to your pocket.
The only outlay we have made is a yoga mat from the cheap shop and a small contribution to the beautiful yoga ladies classes. The meditation at the end says it all. It helps us unwind, to relax, and how to let our mind appreciate every part of our body helping us of being aware to our good health and well being..
Leigh and I now go twice a week as we are both achieving great results from our new adventure loving every moment.
I would also like to add that my husband, girlfriends and girlfriend’s husband are attending yoga and are getting great results from their efforts. They also can not get enough of yoga as they can not believe in the difference that their bodies feel.
